"Your Best Home Inspection" is a client-oriented business. We’re here first and foremost to help you make an informed and confident decision when buying or selling a home. We always invite clients to attend their inspection, providing an inside look at the process and answering whatever questions may arise—whether those questions occur during the inspection or over the phone days or weeks later.

The owner of "Your Best Home Inspection", Murray Garnett, is an experienced renovator, with years of experience with

both large and small renovations. Murray grew up in the construction business on Vancouver Island, but ended up working in the IT industry.

Murray never forgot his love of construction, and has continued his renovation work over the years, renovating his own homes as well as those of others. Most recently, Murray owned a kitchen cabinet installation company in the Okanagan, designing kitchens, performing renovations and installing kitchens. He was also involved with several kitchens with Love It Or List It Vancouver in the Kelowna area.

Murray and his son wanted to move back to Vancouver Island to be closer to his family who has lived in the south island for over 140 years. Therefore, the time was right for a career change, and he has moved into home inspections full time.
